Definition of "Fukienese"

Naming it for the city-state’s Fukienese people, who hailed from Amoy, China, the company wove in Chinese-themed detailing throughout the hotel. Rooms are named with Fukienese surnames like “Chen” and “Huang”; employees don traditional Chinese cheongsams.
